This is the advertising campaign for the Brest Cancer Foundation of Singapore. Breast cancer is a terrible issure. My grandma is currently going through chemotherapy for it, and I believe that raising awareness of self-diagnosis could help save lives.
However, mild sexism and cute cartoons on boobs are NOT the way to go about doing that.
The advert implies that women are too busy obsessing over one tiny little pimple, or a few stray hairs, to care about breast cancer.
Really, the tag line is "Are you obsessed with the right things?"
While I agree that many women forget to self check because they are preoccupied with other things, those other things are slightly more likely to be, say, the human rights case they're currently closing, or the new breast cancer advertising campaign they've been working tirelessly on through the night.
